Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we generally do not accept returns.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. 
If there is a quality issue with your bouquet, please contact us- via email with images, within 24 hours of delivery.

Personal preferences such as colour combinations or style are not valid grounds for a refund.

To ensure the longevity of your flowers, please follow the care instructions provided upon delivery.

Flowers sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement at the florists cost.

There are no Specified timed delivery options available, UNLESS your order is for a funeral or wedding. 

We aim to deliver in a timely manner and in perfect condition. 
In the rare case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather, courier disruption), we’ll notify you as soon as possible and work to make it right.

Standard Delivery: Available Monday to Saturday

Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 11AM (local time)

Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 11AM will be delivered the next business day- unless a specific date is requested from the date picker
