The Flower Girl
Flowers, have always been the constant in my life
Through all of the up's and downs, they've acted like a climbing rose around my world, punctuating my life with tiny thorns yet scented flowers, they are my safe space, my happy place.
I fell in love with flowers at first snip and spent lots of time working in different florists, learning new techniques.
Once I had finished my diploma and masters degree in floristry, I had everything I needed to call myself a professional florist.
But to be honest, the paper doesn't do it justice.
Floristry is a following, a career calling for those who are passionate about blooms.
You've either got it or you haven't.
For me, I live and breathe flowers. I love nothing more than colour combinations and content-heavy designs- balancing having creative control with allowing the flowers to do their thing.
I adore it.
No matter what happens in my life, this is the place I come back to, the power of the petals and the call of the secateurs...

In my experience, sometimes working with stems unpremeditated, allowing the flowers to do the talking and often petalling improviso is when you get the most phenomenal results.
A combination of following the lead of the flowers and having a choreographed petal plan in place is what defines the I Do Flowers ethos.
This is why you'll find a lot of my offerings outside of my bespoke weddings, are based around a florists choice of content- it's so you get the most bloom for your buck.
Concept Driven
I’m always looking to grow, evolve, change and adapt.
Much like the flowers themselves.
Not following the trends or trying to imitate a Pinterest picture so much as creating a piece of art for your wedding that is inspired by your romance and that doesn’t date.
Heavy Petal
My signature style is heavy floral which means an abundance of blooms. I work with layers of flowers and foliage, so that you get all of the goodness with a content-rich variety that has been personally selected for your style. I don’t bundle any old bloom in, I’m meticulous about making your flowers the very finest they can be and giving value and beauty.
Top Not
I’m a big believer that a any of my designs must be 360 degrees of fabulous, not just styled perfectly for that top shot. I don’t just want to create a posy that makes for a perfect picture, I want it to have the wow factor in real life so that it looks awesome from every angle. So, you have my guarantee – no top shots here, rest assured you’ll receive stylish stems from all sides.
